Taos has always been a very special place to me. That was sooo interesting seeing the process of getting the balloon ready to fly and then Sol explaining how he navigates. Man, let me tell you……that guy has some incredible SKILL!!!

2:50- Fresh cacao in Taos not only kinda rhymes but it also somewhat hearkens back to the fact that archaeologists in Chaco Canyon have found traces of cacao on Native American ceremonial vessels dating back to pre-European times. Yes, that means that the Native Americans of what's now New Mexico had communication and trade with Native Americans in what's now the central part of Mexico and considered cacao to be a special commodity!

Those fries that Kellie ordered that came with her steak look so good that i wanted to eat off her plate, like Cody did. That was a pretty cool chocolate shop as well and wondered how different those chocolate varieties tasted using those different types of coco beans. Inflating that balloon looked so cool. We spent our 15th anniversary, just about 15 years ago on a hot air balloon adventure over Sonoma Valley, CA followed by a delicious outdoor brunch picnic and wine tasting at a local vineyard. I was moved to tears by the drone shots of the sun rays spreading through the clouds gently touching the mountains and land and even on my iPad screen it took my breath away…twice. It would have been awesome to have a video of going in and coming out of the river valley when the basket went to the water. We want to go there!! It’s official!
